service auction company located in Richmond, Texas. We specialize in providing on site auction service to government commerce,
industry and we do quality estate sales. We are small enough to provide personal attention
to each client, yet large enough to handle any volume contract. Dignity and respect is

Our company has the most sophisticated computerized
auction program available, a state-of-the-art public address system, and a full contingent
of communication and support equipment. Sale information is recorded accurately, and
speeds up the check-out process. A complete invoice is printed for each buyer with
detailed information of name, address, phone number and a complete description of items
purchased, price and lot number.
We commit a greater number of auction-experienced
personnel in the planning and setup stages of each auction than our competitors. We employ
significantly more experienced personnel at each auction than our competitors. Targeted

Ernie Croucher has been a full time auctioneer from 1982 to the present and
holds Texas Auctioneers License #7561. He is also licensed and bonded in Florida, Georgia,
and Alabama. He has experience selling for regional and national auction companies. A
graduate of Auburn University and I.Q. School of Auctioneering and Certified Appraisers
Course of Study.
